Venier paints are all water based

Advantages of Venier water-based paint
There are several reasons why water-based paint has become so popular among professionals and individuals:

Fast drying:

This type of paint usually takes between 1 and 4 hours to dry, which allows several layers to be applied and good results to be obtained in a short time.

Softer smell:

These paints, being diluted in water, give off a softer scent than solvent-based paints. In addition, after painting, the smell disappears more quickly than other products.

Different finishes:

Water-based paint can be found mainly in three finishes: matte, semi matte and satin. The first is suitable for concealing imperfections; glitter paints are easy to clean with a cloth and soapy water; while the satin ones offer a more delicate appearance and have good washability.

Other aspects to highlight about water-based paints are that they are resistant to alkalinity (mainly acrylics), they can be found in a wide variety of colors in general, they are less toxic than solvent-based paints and the utensils used for painting. painted are much easier to clean.
